    鎳鉻合金電熱絲的優(yōu)點是在高溫環(huán)境中的強度高,長期高溫運行不易變形,不易改變結構,且鎳鉻合金電熱絲的常溫塑性好,變形后的修復較為簡單。此外,鎳鉻合金電熱絲的輻射率高、不帶磁性、耐腐蝕能力好、使用壽命長。

    鎳鉻合金電熱絲的缺點是運行溫度不能達到上一種電熱絲的水平。鎳鉻合金電熱絲的制造需要使用鎳,這種金屬的價格高于鐵、鉻、鋁的價格,因此鎳鉻合金電熱絲的制造成本較高,不利于成本控制。
